Some people say that it takes one person to make a team great and make a lot of differences but that's not true, it takes every one to make a team great no matter what differences it makes but what really stands out is that one person that's willing to do all the changes and really support the team far and beyond, those people really stand out and are the true spirit of the team.

You must have to skills to pay the bills and many much more, you have the skills necessary to pass things or to get hired at a job, because if you have no type of skills at all, then you might considered yourself unlucky and might as well not event try at all, because having skills puts you on a team and make yourself successful and much more, clearly I don't have much skill to describe this but this well help you grasp the idea of what I trying to say.

Condition

"Mental-Moral-Physical. Rest, exercise and diet must be considered. Moderation must be practiced. Dissipation must be eliminated." 

To always keep yourself in a fine condition and not make your self less desirable in any other way that you can by making your self speechless because if you were in a job interview and the guy interviewing you see's that your not properly dress he's not wanting to hire a guy that's not dress for success and he might take that your not taking it seriously .

Sincerity

(Keeps people and friends close)

What this meaning is that, you are able to communicate with people and friends very well and able to sympathize with them very well and depending how and what mood they are in. It's like your able to know the person inside out and able to understand them, like if you were a sentient machine design to under stand them very well and know what to say ate the right time and the right moment, so in a nut shell to have sincerity, is to have feel for things and much else. I may not be able to explain this very well but, I know how to put it on play(doing it on action).

Intentness 

"Set a realistic goal. Concentrate on its achievement by resisting all temptations and being determined and persistent." 

Now this one has a short road but with a dangerous journey up ahead and its so easy to fall pry to anything that might be lurking for something easy to catch. But really makes it so easy to fall pry to such things are your temptations because they are the things that make you do things and wanting you to do things that you'll never do in the first place and if they get the better of you you'll do something that you might regret for the rest of your life and the more you let your desire get the better of you , the'll become nothing but the things you'll ever do

Initiative

"Cultivate the ability to make decisions and think alone. Do not be afraid of failure, but learn from it."

 

Initiative is one of the founding actions that helped people through time and time again through the power of the voice and not through sheer force but instead use our voice as civil people, Like protesting and how women got their right to vote and use their voice to help shape the world of man ( man Kind it self not meaning men, but both Male and Female, for those who get offended so easily because they think i'm a sexist but really i'm not I just like to use the old saying because they are quite intriguing.) and many people who don't want to take action wait for others to do so, so they rally up the flag and people fly to it but many people who wait for this opportunity so they can strike down whats been bothering them, like riots how they destroy things so they can make their point.

Alertness

"Be observing constantly. Stay open-minded. Be eager to learn and improve."

Alertness is something that we do or have in our lives because, we human beings are invulnerable to what ever danger that that flies towards our way and yet we have to do not have the repercussion watch yourself and yet we always walking straight into danger and yet we fail to protect ourselves and so when we have alertness we can always have our back and not walk into danger and free are self's from this repeating danger that we always walk into, like a repeating cycle that we are destined to always happen when we don't have our guards up.

Self Control

"Practice self-discipline and keep emotions under control. Good judgement and common sense are essential."

Self Control is something that I lack in because I usually let my anger take control of my cloud of judgment and take over me and yet not be able to control myself in that time, so in order to to have self control you must have no fear at all and let go of the things that you hate and the things that you love you must let them go and if they comeback then it was meant to be and the part of the quote that stated "Keep emotions under control" because if they were to see a loved one get strike down right in front, the first thing that they might experience is fear or maybe anger itself and they must know that must react naturally and let their emotions kept under check just like a Jedi.
